Color study of "The Beach" near the Bell Tower. 7''x 11.5'' It was one of the- "Oh! I think I'll assign this for homework!... Yes, Donna, that is a great idea!"- idea's from Donna after we went to the art museum and saw Van Gogh's The Storm, and how many color variations he mixed.
It was one of my favorite little paintings I ever did, and one of my favorite processes; paint what colors you see- not an actual image.
I gave this to my Mom for her birthday, she actually liked it, as opposed to my photography final (which she took away and I will never get back again...not joking.)
